Música , Mercado y Museo . Music , Market and Museum.

El pasado Domingo fuimos a ver tocar el chelo a mi hijo Simón, junto a la Orquesta Béla Bartók ,en la Plaza de Santa Ana . Situada en el barrio de Vegueta , Centro Histórico de Las Palmas .

Aquí se encuentran parte de los edificios más importantes de esta ciudad . Pasear por este barrio , con cinco siglos de Antiguedad es maravilloso . Pudimos visitar también uno de los numerosos museos que aquí se encuentran , el de la Casa de Colón , dedicado al Descubridor .

La calle estaba muy animada pues los Domingos hay Mercado y se pueden comprar productos típicos de la tierra .

Last Sunday we went to see our son Simón play the Cello with Béla Bartók Orchestra , in the Santa Ana Plaza , situated in Vegueta in the Historical Centre of Las Palmas . Here you may find the most important buildings of this city . To walk through this old Historic Center with five centuries of History is marvellous !! . We could also visit one of the numerous museums that are found here , The House of Colón , dedicated to the discoverer of America . The area is very animated because the sundays there is a popular market and you may buy typical products from this land . I hope you like this walk through !
